JOINT ACTION PLAN

The City of St. Petersburg has completed its work with local businesses and residents to develop an Action Plan for enhancements to the Deuces Live Main Street and the Warehouse Arts District.  The Deuces Live and the Warehouse Arts District represents one of the most culturally vibrant, historically significant urban areas in the entire state of Florida.

The Joint Action Plan seeks to discover the needs and strategic objectives of both the Deuces Live and the Warehouse Arts District organizations, creating an umbrella for both, while preserving and enhancing the unique identity of each.

The Project

The team presented the Final Report to the City of St. Petersburg October 2018. There is an RFQ (Request for Qualifications) for Architectural Services for the 22nd Street South Corridor.
